Aaron C.F.L.’s are definitely a VERY BAD thing, with out question, but the point of the law was not to mandate C.F.L’s . It was to require us to cut energy use. I am not sure if you realize how badly strained our power delivery grid is, cutting consumption with L.E.D.’s could save us all thousands of dollars, while we ( hopefully) build power generation, and distribution into our system ? L.E.D. bulbs do that very thing! Check them out, they are what we should be demanding our “elected class” get off of the drawing boards and into store shelves! While demanding that the C.F.L.’s get recycled safely by the WAL-MARTS of the world!
