These paper notes first showed up here courtesy of Soviet-propaganda-turned-conspiracy-theory-rag Pravda a few days ago. You know - the folks who have been predicting the imminent destruction of the US for over 60 years.
Anyone can make these on their inkjet printer. Although some might do a better job - getting the borders right for example, not accidently including several Central American countries not considered part of the NAU conspiracy.
