Ah ThsGuy, thank you for being the shining example of ignorance. Your hatred for Rush allowed you to completely ignore the message of the quote. Had I credited the quote to Churchill or someone else, you would have ignored it and moved on to troll somewhere else. I’m not even going to argue with you on the dangers of Rush’s expression, as arguments can be made for all so-called pundits and politicians who attempt to use fear to gain power. How about James Carville’s statement that an Obama loss would result in riots? Intimidation from all sides at polling places? Multiple pundits claiming that people are racist for not voting Obama? These are all attempts to trigger strong emotions in viewers/listeners. Your problem is just that Rush is more effective at it than most.
