Alexforcefive, lots of people can come close. They probably can’t get the exact precise to scale lines down, but they can draw the general shape, and probably split it in to somewhat relative states/provinces. Admittedly america has 50 where most other countries don’t, but last I saw they even had issues with the basic shape of the country. I can’t recall what I was watching/reading but it had some drawings of just the outlines americans were creating and there was all kinds of funky shit going on with the shape of their country..
