@AlienMushroom The last thing I want to do is to force China out. I agree with DatruKatalyst, for Tibet to be a fully independant nation, it would be pretty hard, economically for one thing, to compete with other countries. However, you have to admit, the way China is handling things doesn’t really help China’s image at all. Yes yes, I know, I know, internal affairs, stay out of it blah blah blah. But welcome to the 21st century, and the history of the world really. Any affair is the affair of people who hear about it. Sure, we can’t do anything about it, but that doesn’t mean we should keep quiet.
As Edmund Burke once said “All that is necessary for evil to succeed is that good men do nothing.” Not trying to say that China is evil here, but you know what I mean.
