He also never said there was a law saying slow moving traffic has to yield…this is a simple courtesy that drivers abide by in the name of safety.
I see nothing that you’ve said that conflicts with VWBug’s statement.

TRUST ME. The police and insurance will find you at fault for any normal rear end accident whether you caused it or not, for the reasons VWBug stated. This isn’t a law or code issue, its a process by which fault is determined by insurance companies and police (for charges).
