As a PC gamer I feel that the Wii offers the best contrast to PC gaming. Almost all the 360 games show up on the PC and the PS3 hasn’t offered anything unique other then Metal Gear, which has never been my type of game.
All platforms are full of shovelware and always have been. The Wii does have a little more then it’s fair share, but I am not going to buy them on any platform.
My biggest issue with the Wii is the lack of old EA and Square games on the VC. What’s with that? Sure Square released King’s Knight and ActRaiser, but where are the rest of the games? I guess $35 for a DS port makes more cash then a $5 VC release. EA on other hand has released nothing. EA has a history of punishing Nintendo and Sega, most likely because they are/were their main rivals in software sales.
