The 4th amendment is stated as follows:
“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. ”

The blanket secret warrants granted under the new FISA law is a definite violation of the
clause that states:

The founding fathers put roadblocks to blanket surveillance on Americans for a good reason. The founding fathers had seen pernicious violations of human rights in the Colonies and did not want that repeated in our republic. Read the Federalist and anti-Federalist papers to see how that plays out.
If you Obamities are going to show as little respect for the battered Constitution as the Bushies then you are every bit as much of a danger to the fundamental principles under girding the U.S. as the neo-cons.
