“In the last year Intel and Nvidia have shelled out 275 million for Transmeta’s IP but today Transmeta sells 255.2 million dollars in cash for 255.6 million dollars! Does Transmeta’s BOD really believe their IP is only worth 400 thousand dollars!?! The SEC needs to investigate the shenanigans going on behind the scenes at TMTA.
