Half the charm of the NES was getting the game to load

Half the charm of the NES was getting the game to load. I so want the loading screen to Double Dragon to be my ringtone (haven’t found it for free yet and don’t have a proper mp3 to drop it to my iPhone). Today, being a hardcore gamer comes down to your achievements/trophies and K/D ratio. I miss the old-school way: a mix of proper blowing and positioning of the game cartridge in order for it to load and enable you to play it in the first place.

I used to load it, then load another game on top in order to position it correctly. What was your method?
