His stance would probably be that nobody owns your life but you, certainly not the government. And therefore, you have the right to take Viagra as much as you need.
He would probably also say that federal government should not even be involved in funding of drugs or forcing people to take them, while at the same time, throwing people in prison for deciding to take others.
He has said before that drug laws should be state issues so that the states can competitively and representatively determine what works well for their own residents.
The main thing is that we should not have this massive disconnected federal government telling everyone what they must do, punishing anyone that disagrees, and taxing the hell out of everyone to accomplish it.
