Susuto

I am a Jamaican and I want to publicly declare that I absolutely agree with this story, and I am so glad that this was not written by “The Gleaner Newspaper” in Jamaica, but by a well respected American news media, The Washington Post.
I have been absoluetly disappointed with the poor coverage by NBC - CNN as well, whose report from Bejing shortly after the race, spoke of Walter Dix’s Bronze, Tyson Gay’s flop, but did not even mention the winner of the race Usain Bolt.
This is a victory for the entire world, and it is in clear contradiction to the spirit that the Olympics was created to engender, that such a powerful news media on which so many depend, would be so myopic, selfish and bias.
