I don’t understand why the guy wouldn’t just tell the girl that she had a q-tip in her ear. Sure it’s funny, but the guy could say something, and then they both would laugh. And not to mention that the girl would still have hearing in her ear.

The only thing this comic makes me think of is that the guy who wrote this is a giant asshole and deserves to have a q-tip shoved up his penis hole….
