I have a launch 60GB. SO I may have a distorted view over new PS3 owners. It plays the CPS2 generation of games fine. I haven’t tried The CPS3 ones, I hear they stutter a bit. Performance varies with settings. I usually use pixel for pixel EMU and use a utility that runs mainly on a SPU called “scaler” to scale it fullscreen. As a desktop it’s fine. Has keyboard and mouse support. It’s a really lite desktop for sure but for browsing and simple tasks it’s okay. Anything heavy duty like compiling require heavy disk swapping due to the RAM being only 512 with a odd physical split. SDL MAME took 45 min to install and there was a lot of disk thrashing.
