I have no problem with the Peter’s projection concept to make continents more accurately represented, but the political correctness part of it is not only annoying, it’s downright wrong: The Mercator projection is NOT biased in favor of the north, it’s biased in favor of the poles - north and south EQUALLY. The only reason you don’t seen the south massively presented is that they usually cut off the bottom 1/3 of the map because it would just show a massive white zone for Antarctica and be a waste of paper.
