Im hoping the project will continue either in another country (without DMCA) or the project will fight apple.
This has really pissed me off, im an iphone user who runs linux. I really wanted to sync my iphone with banshee or amarok. Im never buying anything apple again. They are such control freaks and make MS look good sometimes.

There is a post on slashdot that invalidates their claim. IANAL, but their argument appears valid.
