Incorrect

Incorrect. There are 150,000 Roma Gypsies in Italy and they constitute 0.25 percent of the country’s population. Even if ALL of them, including newborns, were merciless criminals that wouldn’t make up an EMERGENCE, calling for nazi-like (yes, the first community to be fingerprinted in Italy, simply out of their “race”, were the Jewish in 1939) mass fingerprinting.
There are many more Roma in France, Germany and Spain and there has never been a need for these extreme measures down there. Spain has even a gypsy MEP, Juan de Dios Ramirez Heredia.
The truth is that this crazy gypsy thing is becoming mass hysteria. In Naples, last month, impoverished communities living with piles of garbage in the streets turned out to a local gypsy camp and set it on fire, threatening and beating women and children, as if they were the source of their problems.
There’s a war among the poor going on down here, fueled by the government, to keep people busy while they pursue a special agenda.. (http://digg.com/politics/Berlusconi_bill_passed_in …
