It doesn’t matter if they put the US in the same position, the argument of the US supporting their China position is that dialogue and trade will ‘open them up’, yet for some reason this doesn’t hold true for Cuba. Cuba no longer has USSR support…the threat is gone.
A MILLION other factors? I doubt that. The US made the USSR an enemy with easily a billion people in all its member countries so that’s no argument to support China either.

And I don’t think the billions you’ve spent in Iraq is getting any return, it’s torn the US economy up, and united most of the rest of the world together in hating the states though I am sure that could easily be healed if they don’t vote another hawk in Nov.

That’s great the US gives money away, I’d say it’s a waste of money considering there is more hatred for the US around the world now than there has ever been, but it’s a noble effort anyway. I’m actually looking for any excuse I can to love the US, I just can’t find anything anymore.
