it might but you have to understand that even though they might get a tax deduction of 6% while you get only 2% they still pay way more tax then the average person and in a sense you need those high tax paying companies and individuals to stay otherwise the whole taxation system doesnt work. If the rich leave america because taxation is too high that means that again middle and lower class will have to pick up the slack.
Its like the example with the 10 guys who buy beer. the lower level tax brackets may seem to have less tax deductions but those higher level brackets are what is helping keep the country running.
