It’s surprising, though not completely unexpected, that the mainstream media is staying away from this story. Sooner or later it will surface since it is clearly an issue of constitutional significance. There seems to be an attitude that since Obama was "elected" there need be no attention paid to his eligibility for the office he seeks. I believe the media will regret having suppressed this story when it does finally go mainstream. They don’t seem to have learned anything from their previous failed attempts to "make" the news rather than report it. What is in question here is not simply Obama’s possible ineligibility for the office, but the conspiracy of deception that must be taking place if such is the case. Such a conspiracy would include many people quite high up in the political food chain, all of whom would be guilty of federal-level conspiracies perhaps involving treason and other extremely serious crimes. It is understandable that the Obama camp would want to suppress any discussion of this issue but is somewhat baffling that the mainstream media, already reeling from loss of credibility, readership and advertising revenue, would take a pass on what could well be the news story of the millennium.
