I’ve never understood why people feel the need to earn such . They make so much they couldn’t spend it all even if they tried. I’m perfectly content earning just enough to put a roof over my head and food on my plate and some extra cash for fun stuff now and then. I wouldn’t feel right having millions in the bank while other people go hungry…but that’s just me.

Anyway regarding this CEO I think he gets it. He understands what loyalty is. It’s a two way street where you need to care more about those who work for you than you care about yourself and in return they’ll show you unwavering loyalty. That’s worth more than money in my opinion.
