I’ve owned both consoles since their respective launch. For me, I’ve recently been purchasing PS3 games over 360 for multiplatform games. Given the choice, I’ve always bought 360 version until very recently, what made me change over is that many of my casual gamer friends don’t have XBL Gold and more and more of my friends play on the PS3 (most bought the machine just for the Blu-ray). At first, 360 games were superior versions compared the PS3, now both are the same, and I’ve had several RROD problems with the 360, and thinking about a long-term investment of the game purchase (being able to play past the three-year warranty of my console) the PS3 is starting to get my multiplatform dollar.
