Plus, if enough people cared about such an issue, this doctor would not only not be making any money, but he’d be in debt over his head (e.g. med school debt and insurance). The best way to combat prejudice is to let prejudiced people be responsible for their decisions.

Even if the prejudiced doctor decides on his own accord to treat all people, then he/she will have no way to continue this hate as well as his/her parents since his actions (e.g. treating people he hates) would be contradictory to his teachings (e.g. the people he hates are inferior and should not be treated equally). Such a duality would surely lessen the effectiveness of his ability to brainwash someone else.
