Like ruarctb and elshisso, I would hazard a guess and say it is all real it is simple to adjust the play speed of the video with Adobe After Effects to match the soundtrack. The LEDs synching with the dots would be the tricky part. People underestimate how difficult it is to make something look like it is really there when it has been superimposed - especially something that complex and the lighting would be both a help and a hindrance. If it is viral marketing then it would be more feasible to suspect it is fake (however they would have teams of people who could make it work for real with the exception of the syncing to the soundtrack - which is always easier than doing it digitally).
