Just look at the results of legalization in any modern society. Spend five minutes researching the rate of consumption of Marijuana in the USA compared to a country like Amsterdam where it’s more legally tolerated and you’ll find that every study conducted points to higher use in countries that support it’s prohibition, not legalization.

I will admit that legitimate, peer reviewed, scientifically sound research is hard to find on the subject but that itself is just another example of the drawbacks in having such an out of touch with reality policy.
