No, that makes no sense and is the complete opposite of where my logic would lead. We need to change their environment. The system into which people are born is the problem, not the people themselves (atleast not entirely).
The majority of prisoners in the U.S. are black. Why? If their environment isn’t to blame why are so many black people in prison compared to whites? Are black people somehow more predisposed to crime? Think about it a bit.
