Oh, I was very vocal in PTA, School Board and School Budget meetings when my kids were in school . . . less so now. But no one ever tried to “disinvite” me . . . although some of the incompetents were mighty unhappy with my descriptions of their flaws and the whole establishment hated how I fought against every boondoggle they put forth. Didn’t win all the time, but always managed to slice some of the pork out of the programs. Never was able to get the truly incompetent removed, but they did get better.
