Oh nocumulus let’s be totally honest about what you did. You didn’t like my criticism of Clarence Thomas so you shifted your attack to me. You didn’t defend Thomas, you didn’t find any scholarly articles claiming he’s the most intelligent justice in the history of the Court, you didn’t point to specific decisions he made which you find brilliant, or point out insightful comments he’s made from the bench, instead you attack me as a person. It is quite an intellectually dishonest move, but it’s one usually favored by people pretending to be smarter than they really are.
