OK, one more. I also work in Service Delivery right now, and the worst we have come across is a user who couldn’t log in. We tried everything, until at one point he admitted that he didn’t really know how to spell his own last name.
Weirdest story I experienced was a woman who could not send e-mails with large attachments. We reinstalled windows, office, etc. twice, it would work at the store, but not at home. Only when we changed her UTP cable it worked. My only explanation is that the UTP worked for small packets, but dropped large packets. But still this is something of a mystery.
