OK, seriously . . . save the damaged copies and file a formal complaint with the USPS - local PM with copies to the regional and national offices. I think Seattle is completely dimwitted in Congress now (both Senators and the Congressman)? Otherwise I’d suggest you file a complaint with them, as well. I know the P-I is to the left of Pravda, but are there other, more balanced newspapers in the area? Letter to the editor complaining of attempted political censorship would really put somebody’s ass in the sling.
