I second Larry’s recommendation. I have used Cytek for our Caliburs,
and have had excellent results, as well as saving almost $4K each
year. Since they are local, I have had excellent response, and no
waiting on an annoying phone queue. Many times (although not always)
my experience with BD has been 1) phone in problem 2) wait for
callback 3) talk to support person and get a referral to Field
Service 4) Field Service calls and schedules a visit. 5) The visit
is
done- usually 2 days after I phone in. With Cytek, I have generally
received 1 day turn-around.
