Of course, in some areas of New York City, FiOS and Cablevision are available, which offer 50 Mbps down, so perhaps that’s a bad example.

Let’s look at Chicago. 3.5x the population of Stockholm, Sweden’s largest city. What’s the fastest ISP in this population dense city in the United States? None other than… *drumroll* the infamously bad Comcast.
