Same here, my mbp was running smoothly as ever, then out of curiosity my friend decides to boot into windows to check out my vista score, and we never saw the apple logo ever again, the computer seems to be mostly operational as I can press the volume keys, caps and num lock light and the booting sound is there.
I’m a big supporter of apple products I only use apple products in my office and home, I’m very sad to see soo many have this same exact issue and apple isn’t giving us any official statement on what’s going on, I guess it takes people actualy injuring themselves like what happened with the batteries to get apple to aknowledge a fault on their part.
Very dissapointed at Apple. If you have the same issue please digg this, tell all your friends to digg it, hell tell even the people you don’t know to digg it, maybe that way we’ll get the respect we deserve.
