The fact that music can’t be shared with other, non-Playlouder, users is surely something the ISP’s have ensured is enforced. The ISP’s have of course been influenced directly or indeirectly by bodies such as the BPI (here in Britain) and the infamous RIAA. These organisations ultimately answer to the record labels who are the very people who could benefit most from this new model. It seems Playlouder needs to work harder to get the record labels on board and do something more like maybe having their own trackers rather than using an existing infrastructure which is inherently anti-control.
