My 1st comment in this thread was my statement about her being paid out of the tax base - it was a rebuttal to the original comment. I still say a criminal prosecution of the responsible persons is needed, and her suit is probably warranted as well, but it is lesser in importance since it will do practically nothing to prevent this from happening again.

Confederates are not enemies of America, it was the USA that first attacked the Confederacy in an unprovoked war of aggression (sound familiar) after the Confederate States exercised their Constitutional right of cessation. The USA got to write the history books on that war, so of course it goes out of the way to make itself look like it was in the right, but any serious study backs up what I have said.

You are a collectivist, I am not. I hold the US Constitution in higher regard than you, those appear to be our only 2 differences.
