Wyndl, I dont care if it drops the price at the pump. What I do care is that we become energy independent enough to not have to rely on the Middle East. No foreign oil = no disastrous foreign entanglements.
Personally, I say drill it all here right now, tax it, use the taxes to fund development into alternative, clean, renewable sources of energy.
The Democratic plan of cockblocking all domestic energy production only ensures that we will have to stay in Iraq, and possibly get involved in military conflicts with Iran, and now Georgia.
